In 1997, we began buying remanufactured ink cartridges in an effort to cut our printing costs. However, our joy was short lived when we discovered that many of the remanufactured cartridges we bought from various manufacturers were poorly done. Less than 50% of them worked properly.

Frustrated with the inconsistent quality, we became more involved in the industry by purchasing our first refill kit to achieve consistent quality by doing the refilling ourselves.

After testing refill kits from many different manufacturers, we discovered that the actual refilling instructions were quite similar, and that the major factor directly related to the quality of the refilled cartridge, was the quality of the ink. We spent the next few months testing inks from manufacturers all over the globe.

In 1998, we started selling our remanufactured inkjet cartridges to customers throughout Trinidad & Tobago. In 2004, our cartridges were being sold to customers in the United States and Canada through eBay. Our customer base continues to grow at a nice steady pace as the word gets around.

Today we supply the local market here in Trinidad & Tobago with most of our remanufactured ink cartridges since all of our empty cartridges are purchased locally. As always, we continue to educate ourselves in this industry as new printer models, inks, refilling procedures and supplies are developed.
